During this pandemic, students may feel bored at home. it's good for students to fill their boredom. I have tips for students who feel bored at home. you can make a game in the house where the game is running / level. besides that students can also play family quiz questions about family and students can also make their own cakes. besides that students can also exercise according to their own volition so that the body stays fit and healthy. the benefit is that we can make time for family, be creative and learn something without gadget.

As I realized the lockdown was going to be extended I started to prepare a timetable to follow
We must wake up early on the ,morning to feel energetic throughout the day. one may also do some meditation or yoga for about 15 to 20 min for the well being. In the afternoon I call up my friends and relatives. During this free time a learned a new skill of stitching. I helped my mother in washing the dishes. One my also learn culinary skills like cooking a salad or making a smoothie.
At night we can watch a movie, read a book or listen to music. You may also plant some microgreenns and when it's time to harvest we can use them in our breakfast
Like this we can make use of the time judiciously. And be creative
