But oh! That deep romantic chasm which slanted Down the green hill athwart a cedarn cover! A savage place! As holy and enchanted As e'er beneath a waning moon was haunted By woman wailing for her demon-lover! And from this chasm, with ceaseless turmoil seething, As if this earth in fast thick pants were breathing, A mighty fountain momently was forced : Amid whose swift half-intermitted burst Huge fragments vaulted like rebounding hail, Or chaffy grain beneath the thresher's flail : And 'mid these dancing rocks at once and ever It flung up momently the sacred river.
Answer:
In simple words, Comparable to many of Coleridge's many poetry, the presenter's gratitude for the beauty of nature is visible in "Kubla Khan." yet somehow the representation of the hazardous and endangering elements of development is what has been trying to strike and rather different about the depiction of natural world in this short thesis.
Answer:
In these lines, Coleridge creates a frightening and supernatural scene. He describes a wild and desolate place, which he calls "A savage place! As holy and enchanted" that nonetheless excites him. Unlike Kubla Khan's human-made palace, this place is a miracle of nature, which is free of human restraints. This lack of human control is reflected in images such as the woman crying out for her demon lover, and the mighty, gushing fountain. Coleridge makes use of phrases such as "was forced," "ceaseless turmoil seething," and "fast thick pants" to build up the frantic and restless tone of the poem. In addition he describes a waning moon that indicates a place that is gradually entering darkness. Using such imagery Coleridge is able to build a dark and wild picture of nature that is beyond human control.

B. To undo his wish to bring his son back to life
O C. To go back in time and never make the first wish
O D. To end his own suffering in death
Answer:
B. To undo his wish to bring his son back to life.
Explanation:
The Monkey's Paw by W. W. Jacobs is a short story that tells of how a family acquired a 'magical' monkey's paw from India that can make their three wishes come true. This story deals with the themes of death, faith, supernatural belief, and the issue of an Oriental artifact.
Mr. White had acquired the monkey's paw from a friend of his who told them about the special spell it was put on by a fakir in India. An with this paw, they had their two wishes granted (first was to get two hundred pounds and the second was to wish their son would come back alive), though at the cost of their son's life. The third wish was still left when they heard a scraping sound coming from the front door. It was their dead son at which the old man got frantic about wishing his final wish. And just in time before the door was opened, he made his final wish which stopped all the commotion at the door and the street was quiet. So, his final wish must have been to wish that he had not wished for his son's return from the dead and to undo the second wish.

write essay of pollution in 1000 lines
Answer:
Explanation:
POLLUTION
Pollution is a term which even kids are aware of these days. It has become so common that almost everyone acknowledges the fact that pollution is rising continuously. The term ‘pollution’ means the manifestation of any unsolicited foreign substance in something. When we talk about pollution on earth, we refer to the contamination that is happening of the natural resources by various pollutants. All this is mainly caused by human activities which harm the environment in ways more than one. Therefore, an urgent need has arisen to tackle this issue straightaway. That is to say, pollution is damaging our earth severely and we need to realize its effects and prevent this damage. In this essay on pollution, we will see what are the effects of pollution and how to reduce it.
Effects of Pollution
Pollution affects the quality of life more than one can imagine. It works in mysterious ways, sometimes which cannot be seen by the naked eye. However, it is very much present in the environment. For instance, you might not be able to see the natural gases present in the air, but they are still there. Similarly, the pollutants which are messing up the air and increasing the levels of carbon dioxide is very dangerous for humans. Increased level of carbon dioxide will lead to global warming.
Further, the water is polluted in the name of industrial development, religious practices and more will cause a shortage of drinking water. Without water, human life is not possible. Moreover, the way waste is dumped on the land eventually ends up in the soil and turns toxic. If land pollution keeps on happening at this rate, we won’t have fertile soil to grow our crops on. Therefore, serious measures must be taken to reduce pollution to the core.
How to Reduce Pollution?
After learning the harmful effects of pollution, one must get on the task of preventing or reducing pollution as soon as possible. To reduce air pollution, people should take public transport or carpool to reduce vehicular smoke. While it may be hard, avoiding firecrackers at festivals and celebrations can also cut down on air and noise pollution. Above all, we must adopt the habit of recycling. All the used plastic ends up in the oceans and land, which pollutes them.
So, remember to not dispose of them off after use, rather reuse them as long as you can. We must also encourage everyone to plant more trees which will absorb the harmful gases and make the air cleaner. When talking on a bigger level, the government must limit the usage of fertilizers to maintain the soil’s fertility. In addition, industries must be banned from dumping their waste into oceans and rivers, causing water pollution.
To sum it up, all types of pollution is hazardous and comes with grave consequences. Everyone must take a step towards change ranging from individuals to the industries. As tackling this problem calls for a joint effort, so we must join hands now. Moreover, the innocent lives of animals are being lost because of such human activities. So, all of us must take a stand and become a voice for the unheard in order to make this earth pollution-free.

Legislator: I insist, what the country needs at this moment is to get some debt to resolve its issues.
Secretary: No, of course not, that is the last thing the country needs.
Legislator: It is a shame that Mr. Secretary has such a short view.
Secretary: You are so wrong, congressman. It is called responsibility with the fiscal policies of the federal government.
Legislator: It is unthinkable that the Department you lead refrain for the right actions to help our people.
Secretary: We act in responsible ways. The country is so deep in huge debt. We cannot resist the burden of more debt.
Legislator: But we are living difficult times!
Secretary: This means that you and your party change your perspective of simple and non-sense solutions, and focus on real ways to resolve things from their roots; the causes, not the evidence.
Legislator: What are you waiting for? More poor people on the streets.
Secretary: the poor people on the street was the consequence of your political party decisions two years ago when you approved questionable legislation. And there you have the consequences.
Legislator: Do not try to deviate the main economic issues with political answers.
Secretary: I am only putting in context the situation. Our economic problems started two years ago, and now, the present government has to face them and find real solutions. And more debt just means to prolong the problem.
Legislator: Stop blaming the past and live the present.
Secretary: That is exactly what we are doing explaining the people the causes and consequences of the deep level of debt.
Legislator: You don't even have a real plan.
Secretary: We have, it is Congress right now and I am trying to explain to you all, but your accusations are distracting the people.
Legislator: No more demagogy and more actions!
Secretary: I would rather say no more critics and excuses on your part and more support for the legislation set tp Congress by the President.

Answer:
Chosen poem: Because I could not stop for Death by Emily Dickinson.
Because I could not stop for Death –
He kindly stopped for me –
The Carriage held but just Ourselves –
And Immortality.
We slowly drove – He knew no haste
And I had put away
My labor and my leisure too,
For His Civility –
We passed the School, where Children strove
At Recess – in the Ring –
We passed the Fields of Gazing Grain –
We passed the Setting Sun –
Or rather – He passed Us –
The Dews drew quivering and Chill –
For only Gossamer, my Gown –
My Tippet – only Tulle –
We paused before a House that seemed
A Swelling of the Ground –
The Roof was scarcely visible –
The Cornice – in the Ground –
Since then – 'tis Centuries – and yet
Feels shorter than the Day
I first surmised the Horses' Heads
Were toward Eternity –
Explanation:
As we know, one of the characteristics of modernist poetry is free verse, so I will rewrite the poem in a modern and free verse form:
Because I could not find death
He came looking for me
In the carriage it was just the two of us
And immortality
The road was slow, without rushing to death
I abandoned my pleasures and my work to respect his chivalry
We passed a school, where there were children playing
We go through fields of crops and the sunset
Or rather, the sunset passed over us
Dew formed and began to get cold
And I was only wearing a dress and a cape made of tulle
We stood in front of a home that was actually a grave on the ground
I could barely see the ceiling
Centuries have passed and time continues to pass
It seems like a short time from the day
I realized that those horses carried me into eternity

Goal Setting
Answer:
Life goals help us complete goals or certain actions along our roadways in life. Goals are a part of everyone's life. They can be big or small. There can be an unlimited amount of them. Making them however you want is your choice. Everyone has their own opinions in their goals. Right now, my life goals are already spread out and chosen. In my life, I hope to complete three goals that I set myself with and they are to take challenging courses, choose a type of doctor I want to be, and try to build a Dutch Bros in North Dakota. In high school, there are many challenging courses in the school that I want to be in. To begin with, I'm taking a foreign language. The foreign language I'm taking is French 1. French 1 is something new for me and I love to experience all these new cultures and languages. It is also a hard language to learn. I work hard in all my classes and never give up, which is a good trait for taking challenging courses. Even though I can be a hard worker, and I take a foreign language, I need to study more for test and quizzes. For me to take challenging courses, I still need to work on a couple of things. The main things are that I need to think more outside the box for choices. Challenging courses will help me be able to get into a college more and will be able to know more about my career. Although taking challenging courses is something I want to do, I need to choose what type of doctor I want to be for my future career.

Read the paragraph from "Wilson's War Message to Congress." Neutrality is no longer feasible or desirable where the peace of the world is involved and the freedom of its peoples, and the menace to that peace and freedom lies in the existence of autocratic governments backed by organized force which is controlled wholly by their will, not by the will of their people. We have seen the last of neutrality in such circumstances. Which statement best describes the main idea of the paragraph?
Answer:
A. Our country can no longer refuse involvement because it can not allow freedom and peace to be at risk.
Explanation:
This excerpt from, "Wilson's War Message to Congress," is clearly discouraging neutrality. Neutrality is the act of not being involved or taking sides in a dispute. Wilson explained that in a world where some governments have made themselves autocratic, thus stifling peace and freedom of citizens, it would be wrong to be neutral, not making efforts to salvage the situation.
Wilson in this paragraph encouraged participation in governance so that citizens can resist actions from the government that are autocratic in nature.
After reading the passage from "Wilson's War Message to Congress," we can say that the option that best describes its main idea is the following:
A. Our country can no longer refuse involvement because it can not allow freedom and peace to be at risk.
The excerpt we are analyzing here was taken from the speech given by President Woodrow Wilson before the Congress in 1917.
The purpose of the speech is to explain why the United States will no longer remain neutral while war rages in Europe.
In the passage, Wilson claims that neutrality is no longer possible because the peace of Americans is being threatened.
With that in mind, we can say that option A is the best one. It also says that the country has to get involved (abandon neutrality) because freedom and peace are at risk.

Also, the women, would gather in the garden and would be chatting all day without any social distance among them. All these actions by people seems to create the impression that, they never believed that Coronavirus is real and dangerous. They assumed that, the deaths annoced by the government is false.
I wish to request that, police and government officers in charge of lockdown to be sent to our locality. This would help to enforce the lockdown. And, heavy fines and punishments should be given to people caught in my locality who are not obeying the lockdown inorder to serve as a deterrence to others.
The earlier this was done, the better for all of us in that locality. We would not like a situation whereby the locality would become an epicenter of the disease due to people's carelessness and lack of obeying the simple order.
Yours Sincerely,
Rajesh.
