Does anyone know how to get rid of nightmares/bad dreams? I keep having horrible nightmares, and I can't get my mind off them-

I'm not a therapist or anything. But, I would avoid watching scary movies before sleeping, have a healthy meal, spend time with your family and friends, and all your bad dreams and nightmares will slowly disapear :)
