A
He is so lazy that he bought paper plates so that he'd never have to wash dishes.

B
He is the laziest man in the entire universe.

C
He is as lazy as a sloth.

D
He is a couch potato.

Answers

Pretty sure it’s letter c because he definitely is as lazy as a sloth

Answer:

B

Explanation:

there's no logical way we can figure out that the man is the laziest in the entire universe, and we can assume from the sentence that it's exaggerating his laziness, therefore it's a hyperbole.

Appeal to Unqualified Authority

Genetic Fallacy

Answers

Answer:

Appeal to Unqualified Authority.

Explanation:

Appeal to unqualified authority fallacy is a logical fallacy that deals with arguments presented by someone in authority but is not qualified but still make unsound logic. In other words, we can say appeal to unqualified authority is when a person makes an argument about an issue that is just one-sided and or biased, and that person has o special qualification to make that appeal.

In the given circumstance, Mary believes that Betty's opinion of creationism as false is true. But the main fallacy is that Betty has a Ph.D. in biology but does not have the expertise to comment or make claims on religion or creation. This appeal by Mary is from an unqualified authority, that is Betty in this case.

Thus, the correct answer is the third option.

The stage in which you examine ideas, perhaps using a graphic organizer.

Answers

Answer:

Pre-writing stage

Explanation:

'Pre-writing' is characterized as the planning or the beginning stage of the writing process where the ideas are collected for examination and deciding what topic, its associated ideas, and their aspects that the author is willing to present through his work. At this stage, the author employs graphs, diagrams, or even graphic organizers to give an order to his/her ideas and determine the outlook of his work. Here only he/she decides his/her stand on the topic and prepares a mind-map and the approach through which they would convey the ideas. Thus, 'pre-writing' is the correct answer.

Scenario: My sisters friend received a personal letter that expressed someone’s hate towards Asian people and that every Asian people were the reason for the pandemic. The letter was too upsetting, unrefined, and vulgar to share. If you had a chance and were given a platform to speak to these people such as the Miss Universe stage, an inauguration speech or TedTalk, what would you say?
Task: Compose a speech that is at least 20 sentences long about your visions towards a better society. Think education, awareness, and compassion. Your speech must include facts, the Civil rights movement, universal declaration of human rights, and the Declaration of Independence. You can also include your personal experiences. Use Aristotle’s, ethos, pathos, logos. Capture the audiences attention and make it interesting

Essay Below

Explanation:

Written by Appleπ101 on brainly

Violence against Asians have grown despite movements to stop. This is a clear violation of the 15th Amendment which clearly states that "The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.". This includes any hate or vulgar language shown toward any race, ethnicity, gender identity, etc.

I believe that regardless of these clear laws through nonviolent protest, the civil rights movement of the 1950s and '60s broke the pattern of public facilities' being segregated by “race”. In the South and achieved the most important breakthrough. Another example is in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights where it says, "Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.". This means to me that without clear evidence that a being has done something against human nature, or against the law, we cannot accuse them of something based on the quote above.

Nowhere in the Constitution—or in the Declaration of Independence, for that matter—are human beings classified according to factors such as race, skin color, ethnicity, sex, or religion. This is clear evidence that prejudice against Asians and Asian Americans is not right.

Even Aristotle said the reason being that he truly believed that people uneducated about government would choose a bad one. The terrible side that believes that Native Americans, Asian, African-American, etc are NOT equal, or the side that sticks to the law and not biased. First the terrible killing of African Americans based on the color of their skin, which Martin Luther King Jr tried so hard to stop, which Rosa Parks stayed put on her seat for, and for Nelson Mandela got put into jail for. All so that the world would be equal. All so that the world would see Asians, Native Americans, Muslims and all religions would have the right to freedom of speech, religion, and much more. But still, people didn't see through how MLK, RBG, and many more influential people worked hard.

My first experience happened just __________________________._________________________.__________________________. I hope that we are not judged by the color of our skin, but quality of our character. Thank you for listening
