First of all, I think that students should do activities to improve their school, so they learn how to take care of the places and things they use daily. If the authorities do things correctly, this sense of community can be implemented in their neighborhood and help their society and take care of their surroundings by being more conscious of their actions.
Also, teachers and trained people should guide the students in different tasks, such as painting, repairing desks or doors, take care of the garden, or clean the classrooms. The students will be learning how to do different tasks that can apply outside the school. Besides, they can make new friends or work on strategies to finish an activity quickly, improving the interaction and group work.
I believe every school should have a program where their students do activities to improve the school for all the benefits mentioned above.
