Answer 1
Loyalty

There are many different perceptions and definitions for loyalty. Everyone considers loyalty to be defined as respect, honesty, love and patients. I am going to spend the next five minutes explaining a new way to look at some forgotten definitions of loyalty and what it consists of.
I know that you have heard of devotion, but have you ever consider devotion being related with loyalty. When you have certain task and responsibilities you become devoted to completing them and staying on top of your game. You become devoted to performing at your very best and you make sure the least amount of mistakes is made. If you dig deeper you will see that being devoted to something is also a way of being loyal. Strive to be devoted to what you are trying to accomplish and you will also find yourself being loyal to what you are doing.
Now I want to talk about another way to look at loyalty. I am going to assume here and say that everyone in this room has a type of religion they follow. In religion you become devoted to your religion. You are righteous, you believe, you follow, and you become faithful to your religion. Faithfulness takes a lot of hard work dedication, time and trust. The time you spend and the effort you put out helps you become a better person and helps better the people around you. You encounter many obstacles on your chosen path but you still remain faithful in what you believe in. Again look closer at the word faithful and you will see that it is also a way of being loyal. To be faithful to your religion no matter what stands in the way or what other people say or think about it is also being loyal to what you believe in.

The next morning, Jim went to the union office and submitted his retirement paperwork. As for his replacement, he gave them the name of the young man. Answer: Once upon a time, there was a king that kept all the kingdom's worth of gold in a safe. Now, if you would have expected, the safe was giant; it was as big as a giant's thumb! Now, the king was getting old but he had no children nor successor to take over his throne. Thus, he decided to hold a competition where the kindest person would get to be the next king, as well as obtain the gold from the safe. Men, far and wide, went to participate in the competition, in the hopes that they might be able to succeed the king and get the gold. A retired soldier who had just come back from the recent war defending his country was limping with only a little money in his pockets. When he came back to his homeland, he found that the land was all dried and there were no crops that could be grown. A massive drought had hit the country quite badly and many people were suffering. Although the king was a generous king, he wanted to test the men who tried for the competition and asked them to solve the drought for the sake of the country's health and wellbeing. After a few weeks, none had been able to solve the country's drought problem. However, the soldier had an idea. As he fought outside the sturdy walls of his nation, he had found a lake where the army would quench their thirst by. He could try to bring the water back and deliver to each and every household, but there were short of time and manpower. In the end, he sought help from the wise witch who lived in the woods. The witch made a deal that if he could serve her for a year, the witch would ask the winds and clouds to let the rain fall from the sky for the nation. You had read that the soldier had just come back from the war wounded and he was tired with nothing to provide. Nonetheless, he agreed and the witch commanded the water droplets in the clouds to swell and fall from the sky. The city was saved! The king wanted to let the person who helped the country to be the king, but no one knew who had done it as the soldier was not allowed to go back to his country while he was working for the witch. It was a silent yet impactful assistance provided by the selfless soldier albeit not credited. In the end, the king had passed away and the country had to get a king from a neighbouring country to rule over them. That was how I was born into the world as royalty; my dad was the king. Our castle was built near the forest, where I often went there to explore on my own. Upon hearing the witch's story about the soldier who had worked for her tirelessly, I was flabbergasted. I have never found such a kind person ever since.

Note: I don't really need anything, just wanted to have fun :) If you really read the entire story, thank you so much and have a nice day ahead hahah

Which is better to read: Fiction or nonfiction?
Give 3 reasonings

Can someone help me answer this? I’ll give your bainliest

Answers

Answer:

NON FICTION ;-;

Explanation:

Fiction teaches us compassion, humanity, empathy and the importance of loving each other. Nonfiction helps us learn about real people and how they live/lived, which influences our lives in however we receive their choices or see how they reacted to situations.

THATS THE TRUE ANSWER..

Fiction is better to read , although non fiction is better for learning more about real life And experiences in the real word that you can relate to fiction in my opinion is better. Even though fiction isn’t real it can cover topics from real life such as depression , anxiety and bullying better than most non fiction books, fiction also doesn’t apply to real life so you can basically make any type of book beyond the normal boundaries of real life such as , time Travel , magic & ETC , it can give you a feeling of adventure that non fiction cannot give you. Fiction can also help our brain, multiples studies have shown that imagining stories helps us activate the regions of the brain responsible for better understanding others and seeing the world from a new perspective

“I’ve spent enough time in high schools to know teenagers will never be perfect. They do silly things, mess up, fall down, and lack confidence. The ability to bounce back is a fundamental life skill students have to learn on their own. The lessons of failure can’t be taught in a classroom; they are experienced and reflected upon. During my weekend of interviews, another student told me, “I’m ashamed to admit I failed precalculus, but I decided to take it again and got a B-plus. I’m now taking calculus, and even though I don’t love it, I’m glad I pushed through!” I asked him what he learned from the experience. “I learned to let go of shame,” he said. “I realized that I can’t let a grade define my success. I also learned that if you want anything bad enough, you can achieve it.”

Excerpt from Does My Head Look Big in This?:

My best friends, Leila Okulgen and Yasmeen Khan moved on to a public high school close to Coburg, where they live. I begged my parents to let me go with them but Mom and Dad insisted that I go to a private school. I tried everything. At first, I sucked up to them big time, making them coffee after dinner, offering to set the table before Mom had a chance to ask me, letting them watch PBS documentaries when I wanted to watch Big Brother. That didn’t work. So I turned political, ranting about them perpetuating the snobby bourgeoisie power trip of our educational system which forges aristocratic divisions between social classes (I got that from a PBS documentary). Talk about having no compassion or social conscience. They just laughed at me and gave me a pile of literature about the school.
