Answer 1
Ito Hirobumi was the first president of Japan
Answer 2

Answer: Ito Hirobumi

Explanation:  Ito Hirobumi became the first Prime Minister of Japan in 1885. He was born on October 16, 1841 and died on October 26, 1909. The cause of his death was Assassination.  Itō Hirobumi (伊藤 博文, 16 October 1841 – 26 October 1909, born as Hayashi Risuke and also known as Hirofumi, Hakubun and briefly during his youth as Itō Shunsuke) was a Japanese politician and the first Prime Minister of Japan. He was also a leading member of the genrō, a group of senior statesmen that dictated Japan's policies during the Meiji Era. After Japanese forces emerged victorious over Russia, the ensuing Japan–Korea Treaty of 1905 made Itō the first Japanese Resident-General of Korea. On 22 December 1885, Itō became the first prime minister of Japan. On 30 April 1888, Itō resigned as prime minister, but headed the new Privy Council to maintain power behind-the-scenes. In 1889, he also became the first genrō. The Meiji Constitution was promulgated in February 1889. He had added to it the references to the kokutai or "national polity" as the justification of the emperor's authority through his divine descent and the unbroken line of emperors, and the unique relationship between subject and sovereign.[7] This stemmed from his rejection of some European notions as unfit for Japan, as they stemmed from European constitutional practice and Christianity.[7] Despite initially supporting the sovereignty of the indigenous Joseon monarchy, he ultimately consented to the total annexation of Korea in response to pressure from the increasingly powerful Imperial Army. Shortly thereafter, he resigned as Resident-General in 1909 and assumed office once again as President of the Imperial Privy Council. Four months later, Itō was assassinated by Korean-independence activist and nationalist An Jung-geun in Manchuria.[4][5] The annexation process was formalized by another treaty the following year after Ito's death. Through his daughter Ikuko, Itō was the father-in-law of politician, intellectual and author Suematsu Kenchō.

Ḥadīth (/ˈhædɪθ/[1] or /hɑːˈdiːθ/;[2] Arabic: حديث‎ ḥadīṯ Arabic pronunciation: [ħadiːθ], pl. aḥādīth, أحاديث, ʾaḥādīṯ,[3][Note 1] Arabic pronunciation: [ʔaħadiːθ], literally means "talk" or "discourse") or Athar (Arabic: أثر‎, ʾAṯar, literally means "tradition")[4] in Islam refers to what the majority of Muslims believe to be a record of the words, actions, and the silent approval of the Islamic prophet Muhammad.

In Quranic perspective, Hadith is also called the vast explanation[5] (Arabic: بَيَانَهُۥ ʾbayānahu, literally means "it’s explanation") of the Quran, for verse number 16-19 of Surah Al-Qiyama. [6]

Hadith have been called "the backbone" of Islamic civilization,[7] and within that religion the authority of hadith as a source for religious law and moral guidance ranks second only to that of the Quran[8] (which Muslims hold to be the word of God revealed to his messenger Muhammad). While the number of verses pertaining to law in the Quran is relatively few, hadith give direction on everything from details of religious obligations (such as Ghusl or Wudu, ablutions[9] for salat prayer), to the correct forms of salutations[10] and the importance of benevolence to slaves.[11] Thus the "great bulk" of the rules of Sharia (Islamic law) are derived from hadith, rather than the Quran.[12][Note 2]

Ḥadīth is the Arabic word for things like speech, report, account, narrative.[3][14][15]:471 Unlike the Quran, not all Muslims believe that hadith accounts (or at least not all hadith accounts) are divine revelation. Hadith were not written down by Muhammad's followers immediately after his death but many generations later when they were collected, collated and compiled into a great corpus of Islamic literature. Different collections of hadīth would come to differentiate the different branches of the Islamic faith.[16] There are many modern Muslims (some of whom call themselves Quranists but many are also known as Submitters) who believe that most Hadiths are actually fabrications (pseudepigrapha) [17] created in the 8th and 9th century CE, and which are falsely attributed to Muhammad.[18][19][17]

Because some hadith include questionable and even contradictory statements, the authentication of hadith became a major field of study in Islam.[20] In its classic form a hadith has two parts—the chain of narrators who have transmitted the report (the isnad), and the main text of the report (the matn).

[Surah Al-Jumu'ah, Verse number 2-3][21][22][23]

[24][25][26][27] Individual hadith are classified by Muslim clerics and jurists into categories such as sahih ("authentic"), hasan ("good") or da'if ("weak").[28] However, different groups and different scholars may classify a hadith differently.

Among scholars of Sunni Islam the term hadith may include not only the words, advice, practices, etc. of Muhammad, but also those of his companions.[29][30] In Shia Islam, hadīth are the embodiment of the sunnah, the words and actions of Muhammad and his family the Ahl al-Bayt (The Twelve Imams and Muhammad's daughter, Fatimah).[31]

The notion that space and time are relative to the person measuring them was first articulated in _____.

Answers

Answer:

Einstein's theory of general relativity

Explanation:

The notion that space and time are relative to the person measuring them was first articulated in Einstein's theory of special relativity.

What do you mean by Space?

The infinite three-dimensional expanse of space is where things and events have relative positions and directions.

The gravity theory is Einstein's theory of special relativity. The fundamental assumption is that gravity is a curving or warping of space rather than an invisible force that draws items together. The space around an object warps more dramatically the more large it is.

The theory of special relativity explains how speed affects space, time, and mass. Small amounts of mass (m) can be interchangeable with large amounts of energy (E), as defined by the classic equation E = mc2, according to the theory, which offers a means for the speed of light to define the link between energy and matter.

Therefore, Correct answer for the blank is Einstein's theory of special relativity.

explain the causes of the "great bull market" and the 1929 stock market crash

Answers

The correct answer to this question is the following.

Although there are no options attached we can say the following.

The "great bull market" is an economic term that refers to a situation lived in the market or a specific condition of the market in which prices are rising. That was the case of the US  stock market before its crash on October 29, 1929. This crash represented the beginning of the Great Depression.

The main causes of the United States Great Depression were the following.

During the 1920s, the American people were living a period of economic prosperity known as the "Roaring 1920s." During this period, people buy all kinds of things, needed or not. They bought houses, cars, electro domestics, and more. However, most of these purchases were made on credit, generating a big debt. Another cause was the overproduction of goods. Then, the inaction on the part of the federal government to prevent or regulate these conditions.

The major cause that detonated the Great Depression was the United States Stock market crash of October 29, 1929. After this crash millions of Americans lost their jobs, banks declared bankruptcy, and thousands of companies broke.

b. The national government must restrict freedoms of the press and assembly.

d. The national government must protect people's rights and property.

Answers

Answer: D

Explanation:

Answer:

The answer is D: The national government must protect people's rights and property.

READ EXPLANATION IF U DONT TRUST ME CUZ IM CORRECT!! I DID THE QUIZ.

Explanation:

Well if you read the First Inaugural Address of Andrew Jackson, selected quotes that the question provides you will see that it says at the end:

As long as our Government is administered for the good of the people, and is regulated by their will; as long as it secures to us the rights of person and of property, liberty of conscience and of the press, it will be worth defending. "

Now lets look back at the question. Its asking what is required of the national government for it to be worth defending. If you read the bolded words they say administered for the good of the people, regulated by their will, it secures to us the rights of person and of property, liberty of conscience and of the press. This is telling us that the government must care for the people and protect there rights and property. Therefore the answer is of course D The national government must protect people's rights and property.

Why its not the other ones:

Ok so letter A The national government must favor the interests of agriculture over all others is incorrect because agriculture has nothing to do with the government being worth defending. Also it doesn't talk about agriculture in the passage it provides.

Letter B is also incorrect because it only talks about that one time in the passage. Also that is a bad thing that Andrew Jackson would want.

Letter c is also incorrect because the president might not think of all the cons. Also NEVER said that either.

SO THEREFORE THE ANSWER IS:

d. The national government must protect people's rights and property.

In the late 1800s, working days were six per week for the workers and they had to work for 9 to 12 hours per day.

What were the working hours of the workers in 1800s?

In the 1800s, many Americans had to work for seventy hours or more per week and at that time period, the length of the workweek became an important political issue. Since that time, the workweek’s length has decreased considerably.

Some observers believe that most American workers adopted the practice of working from “first light to dark” that means filling all their free hours with work throughout the colonial period and into the nineteenth century.

Gallman in 1975 calculates the changes in implicit hours of work per agricultural worker and estimates that working hours were increased 11 percent to 18 percent from 1800s to 1850s.
