Explanation:
Why do Romeo's parents not ask Romeo directly why he is sad?
Answer:
Romeo's relationship with his parents is somewhat typical. Romeo's mother and father seem to care about his well-being, but Romeo is a teenage boy who keeps secrets; the family is caring but distant. Romeo's father knows Romeo is depressed. He has observed his son's behaviour and is aware that Romeo's condition is serious (he says that Romeo's state may prove "black and portentous" if it can't be remedied). He also has tried to find out what is wrong with Romeo both on his own and with the help of friends, to no avail. So Montague is caring but incapable of bridging the distance between himself and his son, even with assistance. Lady Montague appears even more disconnected than her husband. Again, she cares--she is pleased to hear that Romeo hasn't been fighting--but seems oblivious to the deeper problems Romeo has. In this, she appears to be even more removed from her son than her husband, for her concern seems misplaced (at least initially), for Romeo is more of a lover than a fighter.
Neither parent functions as a confidant or a guide for Romeo. He shares neither the source of his sorrow nor the source of his joy with them. He does not consider going to them for advice, but instead shares his troubles with the friar and Benvolio, neither of whom give him particularly good counsel.

Answer:
Yes
Explanation:
This is thy truth.
Answer:
‘It’s true friend!
Explanation:
The painful truth is our world is changing and it may very well be our fault. The temperature is rising polar summers are getting longer and longer and landfills continue to grow. These are all effects of our gluttonous ways taking more of what we already have driving around aimlessly and littering. I believe that these need to stop. People say change is not easy it takes time, but mankind has been changing for thousands of years adapting to the world around us. However, some people have changed or at least made a turn for the better although not everybody is on the boat.
There are simple things we can do to make a stand against the wasteful world. Instead of buying plastic water bottles just get a reusable one and refill it at home or if you cannot for some reason at least recycle the bottles. I mean really it’s not impossible to get a reusable water bottle and refill it honestly I think they should either stop selling plastic water bottles or at least make a law that you have to recycle them haven’t you ever been irked buy crushed water bottles laying all over the ground or have you ever heard of the pacific trash vortex it’s a giant heap of litter in the middle of the pacific ocean and its estimated to be about twice the size of Texas. Think about it if that stuff had been recycled first of all it would not be there and second, thousands of marine creatures’ lives would be saved.
Sure, buying a new eco-friendly car is not on your to-do list but just stop driving around aimlessly. Have you ever been sitting around outside and you see a car and you know it’s just another car but then a few minutes later you see it again and you’re like hey there’s the same car I just saw and you know it’s still just a car but then you see it several more times and then it starts to get under your skin you think on a wonderful day like today why would someone be just driving around? If you need something to do just run outside or in a gym. Also if you don’t mind in the summer you can turn off that a
AC and roll down the window.
But if you can’t do any of that you can at least do this one thing don’t litter. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone outside or to a park and seen trash thrown about. How hard is it to walk over to a trash can and drop it in? Besides the trash sitting on the ground soaking up water and baking in the sunlight is revolting cannot you tell the look, the smell everything about it? If you say I don’t even go outside so I don’t litter well I can tell you something sitting inside I’m guessing you’re using electricity somehow and to make electricity they burn coal and yes it doesn’t release many fumes but after a while it adds up so if it’s a great day nice and sunny outside go on out. Yes, in the middle of winter those days don’t come by often but don’t sit around with all the lights on watching TV while cooking something in the oven or microwave. You can do something inside without using electricity read a book or play a board game no you don’t always have to do that you can still watch TV and other things just every once and a while turn it off go outside or read a book or something of that matter.
Now you don’t have to do everything I just said you don’t have to join every single support group you possibly can and you don’t have to make giant changes it just takes a small change from each and every one of us that adds up and makes one great big difference.
SUMMARIZE PLEASE
Because of our actions, the Earth is growing more polluted each day. And, the world is becoming over polluted. If we try and reuse items, it might help not only you, but the world also.
Hope this helps :)
Read these lines from Rudyard Kipling's "If":
If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
What does the phrase "not to make dreams your master" mean in this excerpt?
determine the difference between what is real and false
allow dreams to dictate actions and behaviors
achieve a balance between hopes and responsibilities
give up dreams in favor of the advice of others
Answer:
achieve a balance between hopes and responsibilities
Explanation:
I took the test, also, if you think about the lines "If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;'' you can see that Kipling non-explicitly tells the reader to: achieve a balance between hopes and responsibilities. Therefore, this is the correct answer.
In this excerpt, the phrase "not to make dreams your master" means: Achieve a balance between hopes and responsibilities.
In these lines from the poem, we see that on one hand, the poet encourages the listener to dream but he also cautions him not to make dreams his master.Balance was his aim. He wanted the listener to aspire to great things but to also maintain a realistic view of life.
So, we can conclude that the speaker's aim was to strike a balance between hopes and responsibilities.

Nature: nature” refers to biological/genetic predispositions' impact on human traits. Nature is more important than nurture because genes determine who we are. Although our environment influences us, genes determine how it affects us. For this reason, nature is more important than nurture.Nature is what we think of as pre-wiring and is influenced by genetic inheritance and other biological factors
Nurture: nurture describes the influence of learning and other influences from one's environment. Certain genetic factors may create a predisposition for a particular illness, but the probability that a person develops that illness depends in part on environment (nurture). ... This supports the idea that nurture plays significant role in the development of mental health issues

The sonnet uses Iambic Pentameter. Poems that use iambic pentameter have 10 syllables for each line, and there's a stress on each second syllable (like a heartbeat).
Iambic pentameter is usually used to add rhythm to poems and mimics a human heartbeat, which represents words being spoken from the heart. Shakespeare uses iambic pentameter when his characters are speaking with emotion.
In this case, iambic pentameter is being used to emphasize the emotion of the speaker's words and add emphasis to the poem in general.
