In the first stanza, Dickinson, through the narrator, tells the reader that she’s “Nobody” and asks the reader who he or she is and whether he or she is a “Nobody” like her.
Just as a frog's constant croaking advertises its presence, a “Somebody” will grab attention through speaking and outward behavior. By comparing a “Somebody” to a frog, Dickinson suggests that this type of person does not really have any qualities or skills that make him or her worth noticing—this person is as dull as a croaking frog.
Being a modest and thoughtful “Nobody” is preferable to being a “Somebody” who simply makes a lot of noise to get attention.

THE POSTMASTER WAS ALSO ASTONISHED WHILE HE READ THE LETTER AND HE EXCLAIMED," SUCH FAITH! I WISH HAD THE FAITH OF THE MAN WHO WROTE THIS LETTER". THERE WAS ALSO ANOTHER INCIDENT THAT SHOWED THAT HE HAD GREAT FAITH IN GOD. Write an essay showing how empathy is expressed in the movie Beauty and the Beast? Give at least five examples used in the movie. Explain how you see yourself as one of the characters in Beauty and the Beast when it comes to empathy. Have fun with your essay.
Empathy is the ability of a person to understand the emotional situation of another person related to the experiences they face. The film, "Beauty and the Beast" is a great example of this ability, as we can see empathy at different times.
First of all, we can see empathy when Belle decides to be a prisoner in her father's place. That's because she empathizes with the loneliness and sadness that he will feel like a prisoner and she doesn't want him to go through this, preferring to take that feeling to himself. Bela's father also understands that she will suffer and therefore tries to save her.
We can see empathy too, when the castle servants understand the sadness that Belle is feeling for being trapped and leaving her father alone in the world and never seeing him again. The servants try to console her and make her life less sad.
Finally, we see empathy when Belle understands how Beasty behaves, understanding that this behavior comes from loneliness and the fear of never getting rid of the curse. The beast also empathizes with Belle, understanding that she misses her father very much and leaving her free to return home.
In this case, we can consider "Beauty and the Beast" a great film to teach children to understand the people around them, putting themselves in their place, instead of judging them.

Can someone summarize this for me pleaseeeee
Mariam had never before touched a car. She ran her fingers along the hood of Jalil’s car, which was black, shiny, with glittering wheels in which Mariam saw a flattened, widened version of herself. The seats were made of white leather. Behind the steering wheel, Mariam saw round glass panels with needles behind them.
For a moment, Mariam heard Nana’s voice in her head, mocking, dousing the deep-seated glow of her hopes. With shaky legs, Mariam approached the front door of the house. She put her hands on the walls. They were so tall, so foreboding, Jalil’s walls. She had to crane her neck to see where the tops of cypress trees protruded over them from the other side. The treetops swayed in the breeze, and she imagined they were nodding their welcome to her. Mariam steadied herself against the waves of dismay passing through her.
A barefoot young woman opened the door. She had a tattoo under her lower lip.
“I’m here to see Jalil Khan. I’m Mariam. His daughter.”
A look of confusion crossed the girl’s face. Then, a flash of recognition. There was a faint smile on her lips now, and an air of eagerness about her, of anticipation. “Wait here,” the girls said quickly.
She closed the door.
A few minutes passed. Then a man opened the door. He was tall and square-shouldered, with sleepy-looking eyes and a calm face.
“I’m Jalil Khan’s chauffeur,” he said, not unkindly.
“His what?”
“His driver. Jalil Khan is not here.”
“I see his car,” Mariam said.

This is the book hunger games so can anybody help?
Answer:
FOR QUESTION TWO!
Panem is a dystopian society because the people from sectors 1-12 don't know if they are going to be picked to play in the Hunger Games, which are fear educing battles where children anywhere from 12-16 have to fight for their lives in a kill or be killed situation. On the other hand, the children of the capitol get to live luxurious lives and don't have to worry about being in the Hunger Games, seeing as they think they're superior to the people who live in the sectors
Hope this helps, im in love with this series, both the movies and the books, so if you need anymore help I'll probably be hopping on in to answer the question.
FOR QUESTION ONE!
The tributes are given stylists so that they can impress the people of the capitol. If they succeed, the capitol people can send little presents to the tributes while they're in the Hunger Games. These presents can either be food from their districts, tools to help the tributes, or salves and medicine to help with burns, cuts, infections, ect. It is ironic seeing as even though the tributes have gained popularity, that also means they will be put through harder challenges by the Game Maker for that Hunger Game and the other tributes will want them gone. A good example of this is when Katniss impressed everyone with her flaming dress. The capitol loved the show and soon all eyes were on her, but not just the capitols eyes, also the tributes eyes. All the tributes basically wanted her dead within the first few minutes of being in the Hunger Games, and the group of tributes from sectors 1 and 2 were hunting her. Another example is when Katniss is guided away from the edge of the dome using fire, and when she is one of the last 3 living tributes, the Game Maker sends out monstrous dogs that Katniss notices have the eyes of the fallen tributes.
There you are. Hope this is good enough of an answer, this question was a little confusing for me. Also, for the 3rd part of the question, where it asks " Does this ceremony remind you of events in our world? " I couldn't really find anything that would be close to what the ceremony means in our world, sorry about that.

Based on what you've learned about the decision-making process and your reading of "The Road Not Taken," evaluate the narrator's decision. At the end of the poem, when the narrator imagines looking back on his decision, do you believe he is happy with the path he chose? Explain why or why not.
The Road Not Taken
by Robert Frost
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
Answer:
The narrator leaves readers guessing about whether he is happy with the path he chose. The ending of the poem is open to interpretation. However, the last line ("And that has made all the difference") does give readers a hint that the difference has been for the better. At the least, it seems he plans to be happy with his choice in the future.

what's a control group?? and can you give me an example after writing the definition?
Answer:
a contral group is something that stays the same
Explanation:

Let's say you're testing a new drug to see if it helps with depression. We'll have 200 people split into two groups of 100 each. The first 100 people get the new pill, while the remaining 100 people get a placebo (sugar pill). Each participant does not know whether they are taking the actual drug or the sugar pill. This is important.
The control group is the group of people taking the sugar pill. This is to counterbalance the experimental group that takes the actual drug. If we just had one group, say the experimental group, then we wouldn't be able to compare those results against anything else.
Now let's say that everyone, in both groups, reported better moods and more positive attitude. This would strongly imply that the new drug is not effective because people who took the sugar pill got better. In other words, the sugar pill is as effective if not more so compared to the new drug. It may be the sugar pill, the psychology of taking any pill, or some other factors that contributed to those people getting better.
If only the people in the experimental group got better, then we could conclude that the drug is effective in some way. Again, we're making a comparison between the two groups, and the control group is used to reduce the placebo effect.
