                                                                                        The Hindustan Times,

                                                                                         India.

                                                                                        13th July, 2020.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

LETTER OF COMPLAINT AGAINST PEOPLE IN MY LOCALITY.

I, Rajesh wish to use this medium to register my displeasure and complaints against people living in my locality, Jodhpur. It is with great sadness that people do not see the need to obey this lockdown initiated by the government due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

People are hosting parties everyday, the youths are playing football and volleyball on the streets everyday. Also, the women, would gather in the garden and would be chatting all day without any social distance among them. All these actions by people seems to create the impression that, they never believed that Coronavirus is real and dangerous. They assumed that, the deaths annoced by the government is false.

I wish to request that, police and government officers in charge of lockdown to be sent to our locality. This would help to enforce the lockdown. And, heavy fines and punishments should be given to people caught in my locality who are not obeying the lockdown inorder to serve as a deterrence to others.

The earlier this was done, the better for all of us in that locality. We would not like a situation whereby the locality would become an epicenter of the disease due to people's carelessness and lack of obeying the simple order.

Yours Sincerely,

Rajesh.

Answers

Answer:

See below.

Explanation:

Using the identity  sin^2x - sin^2x =  cos 2x

cos^2( π/4 - Ф/4) - sin^2(π/4  - Ф/4) = cos 2(π/4  - Ф/4)

= cos(π/2  - Ф/2)

Now cos(π/2  - Ф/2) = cosπ/2 cos Ф/2 + sin π/2 sin Ф/2

But cos π/2  = 0 and sin π/2  = 1 so

cos(π/2  - Ф/2) = 0 * cos Ф/2 + 1 * sin Ф/2

= sin Ф/2.

Then, you can tell from that which of the options apply to the way we defined an Epic Poem. So, "An Epic Hero showing bravery in battle", "A difficult journey with many trials", and "Supernatural events." Fit into the definition of an Epic Poem. Which of the following pronouns can take either a
singular or a plural verb?
A) Anyone
B) Nobody
C) Several
D) Some

Answers

Answer:

The pronoun that can take either a singular or a plural verb is:

D) some.

Explanation:

The other pronouns are specific in their number. "Anyone" and "nobody" demand a singular verb, while "several" always accompanies a plural noun, needing a plural verb:

- Anyone knows how to make a cake from scratch?

- Nobody likes to be left alone.

- Several men are marching up the street.

On the other hand, "some" can accompany nouns that are either singular or plural. Therefore, the verb that follows can also be singular or plural:

- Some (of the books) are torn.

- Some (of the soup) has been eaten.

Therefore, our answer is letter D) some.

Dear Diary,

Summer is the time to charge up the spirits. The vacations in the summer helps to groom oneself and involve in other activities so as to charge oneself for the coming year. This summer vacation my parents planned to visit Manali. We were very excited to go there. I and my sister started to pack our bags and started to imagine the level of excitement we'll have. We went there by train. The journey on the train was also very exciting. We saw many places through the window and the many things in the train. After reaching we found that the weather of Manali was very cool and soothing. We went to the temples and explored many places. The hotel room was also very beautiful. We stayed there for two days but was the most memorable trip of ours. Also, my mother bought a yak shawl from there. The shawl is very famous and is exclusively found there. We returned back via train. The trip was very exciting and we enjoyed a lot.
