If a natural disaster caused all warbles to go extinct, why would the natural disaster not kill all living organisms?

Answers

Answer:

Living organisms that are able to adapt to the environment (natural disaster) will increase in number while the ones such as warbles who can't adapt will die and go into extinction.

Explanation:

Natural selection can be defined as a biological process in which species of living organisms having certain traits that enable them to adapt to environmental factors such as predators, competition for food, climate change, sex mates, etc., tend to survive and reproduce, as well as passing on their genes to subsequent generations.

Simply stated, natural selection entails the survival of the fittest. Therefore, the species that are able to adapt to the environment will increase in number while the ones who can't adapt will die and go into extinction.

Additionally, due to genetic variation within populations, some living organisms have a better chance of possessing good or beneficial traits being passed from the parent organism to her offsprings which enables them to survive a natural disaster.

Hence, if a natural disaster caused all warbles to go extinct, the natural disaster may not kill all living organisms due to natural selection.

Are there any parts of the human body that get oxygen directly from the air and not from the blood?

Answers

Answer:

Yes. Upper-layer skin cells and the cells in the front surface of the eyes get a significant amount of oxygen directly from the air rather than from the blood. Human bodies have a huge demand for oxygen. As a result, the oxygen that is able to passively diffuse into the body directly from the air is not nearly enough to run the whole body.

How can we make kaleidoscope? How does it work?

No links!!
No spams!!

Answers

Answer/Explanation:

colorful semi-transparent stuff, foil, a tube, and clear tape.

put the foil inside but not on a roll, make it into a shape like triangle or  hexagon. Put a layer of clear tape on one end of the tube and then cover it with the semi-transparent stuff and sandwich it in with more tape. put tape on the other end and limit the amount you see to a small hole.

You will see down the tube to the colorful stuff but the foil will (hopefully) reflect the colors to make the weird look of a Kaleidoscope.

The light coming through the colorful stuff is bouncing off the foil at a right angle from side to side until it hits the pinhole and goes into the eye where the cone cells in our eye and we see the colorful tube of fun.

Most people remember Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. as reformers who practiced non-violent forms of protest and advocacy. Both effectively changed the popular opinion about emotional issues for their countries and brought in a wave of change that was long overdue. But the practice of non-violent protest, or civil disobedience, started long before either Gandhi or King. It began with a quiet, shy poet who is best known for writing a lot about a pond.Henry David Thoreau lived from 1817 until 1862, mainly in the area of Concord, Massachusetts. The issue that would tear the country apart in the 1860s had already begun dividing the nation. Thoreau was only 14 when Nat Turner led the slave rebellion in Virginia and was later hanged. In his late 20s, Thoreau began speaking against slavery in public, echoing the voices of freedmen like Frederick Douglass and Lewis Hayden.Thoreau believed that a government that supported slavery was corrupt and immoral. He was also deeply suspicious of government. For these and other reasons, Thoreau refused to pay his poll tax for a number of years. The poll tax was a legal tax owed by every person. It was basically a tax on one's body. After not paying for years, he was at last arrested. He spent only one night in jail, however, as a relative paid the tax for him. He was reportedly furious that any tax was paid on his behalf. It was this experience that Thoreau wrote about in an essay called "Civil Disobedience." In this essay, he argued that being moral and just came before allegiance to government. He wrote If the machine of government is of such a nature that it requires you to be the agent of injustice to another, then, I say, break the law." He also felt that voting was not enough to ensure that the right thing be done. He wrote that "even voting for the right is doing nothing for it A wise man will not leave the right to the mercy of chance" He felt that one had a moral responsibility to resist unjust laws.Review the third paragraph of Part 1:Thoreau believed that a government that supported slavery was corrupt and immoral. How does the final sentence in the paragraph show the change in the way Thoreau is described? It emphasizes the strength of his beliefs. It implies he was unpredictable. It suggests he wasn't such a nice man. It suggests he really didn't like jail. WILL CHOOSE BRAINLIEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 If = 48 and = 18, what is ?
