i am a six grader so don’t expect the best answer from me lol. but it is important to cool down because it can really help with anxiety, high blood pressure, panic attacks and so on. it is important to warm up because it can help your body flow well. that is all i can answer and i hope it helps :)
1) Warming up before doing exercise can help prevent your muscles from pain and soreness, mostly because it stretches out the muscles before you do any exercises. Cooling down can help relax your muscles and body, if you don’t cool down you could make sore muscles more sore.

2) this part is your personal opinion.

3) This is for you to tell your teacher what you do that is Aerobic and which ones that you do are not Aerobic.

4) Explain how you figured out how intense your Aerobic exercise is, basically check your pulse. Tell them the other ways to check your pulse; there is a pulse on both sides of your face under your chin, on the front of your wrist, temple, behind the knee, and the tip of your foot.

5) What is the fastest/highest you want your heart rate to be? Give the calculations you made. It is important to keep your heart rate up because the faster your heart pumps the more your body works to move oxygen and your blood cells efficiently.

6) check your pulse at the wrist (take your pointer and index/middle finger placing it on your wrist on the side your thumb is) once you feel your pulse count how many times your heart beats for 15 seconds, write it down and multiply that number by four.
(Example: my current heart rate is 32 beats every 15 seconds, 32*4=128)
So if your heart beat is 25 beats every 10 seconds that means it’s 100 beats because 25*4=100

SPORT

Specific to person to sport.

P-Progression:
Progressing slowly to improve.

O-Overload:
More then you do normally do to build on your muscles.

R-Reversibility:
Injuries or if you stop training you have to start again at a different level.

T-Tedium:
Variety of exercises (mentally, not muscle memory)

FITT

F-Frequency:
how often you will exercise.

I-Intensity:
Amount of effort or work that needs to be invested in a specific exercise to ensure it’s intensity is hard enough to overload the body but not so difficult that it hurts you.

T-Type:
Kind of exercise you choose to do, if it’s Cardiovascular, Resistance Training, or a mix of both, what exercise(s) will you do to reach your goal.

T-Time:
Just how long each individual session should last, it varies on the intensity and type.

How they can help with changing a workout routine is, after a while of doing the same thing the same way with the same weights/setting go up one more, so if you started at 15lbs barbells go up to 20lbs barbells if you can. Use the new ones every day continuing your pattern but don’t do it for the same amount of time, if you were doing 60 mins with 15lbs barbells then go down to 30 mins with the 20lbs barbells, over time go up a few minutes.

Hope this helped, sorry it’s so long.

So starting off that heat can make you feel lightheaded and dizzy. Cooling down keeps your heart rate and blood pressure from dropping rapidly. But this is also good because it can help me in the future when I’m exercising and my body needs to know different temperature levels or help me in the future when I am on a run and feel lightheaded and dizzy and I can just think that I feel hot and need to take a break and get some water. Or When I’m not exercising and I’m cool my heart Isn’t drastically changing.

For the question do you think that your diet is improving your overall health? Think of what you eat and then either right yes or no if it’s Good say yes because I’m eating healthy and I still have some junk food but I make sure I exercise to work it off. Or if you’re eating bad say I eat a lot of junk food so my diet is not helping me and I don’t really eat healthy.

The activities I’ve been doing that are aerobic are brisk walking, swimming, cleaning and playing soccer. Experts recommend getting 150 minutes of this type of exercise or 75 minutes of various activity each week. Brisk walking or swimming are examples of moderate activity. Running or soccer playing are examples of vigorous activity. When you do this type of exercise it helps improve your heart health and it helps lower your blood pressure and it helps regulate your blood sugar too.
It also regulates weight and strengthens your immune system.

It’s important to keep your heart rate in the right zone because it allows you to know how intense your physical workout should be. Most people have a target heart rate that ranges from about 150 to 180 BPM. So for example if you’re working out and your heart rate is about 140 or so you need to improve the intensity of your work out. My personal target heart rate zone is at least 150 if it’s higher than even better. So to get the right calculations you want to subtract your age from 220 this is your max heart rate. Then multiply your Max amount of hours of work out by 0.85 this is your maximum target rate. Multiply your max hours of work out by 0.50 this is your max Target rate.

you can find your heartbeat by placing your pointer finger and middle fingers on the inside of your opposite wrist just below your thumb once you can feel your pulse a.k.a. your heartbeat count how many beats you feel in 15 seconds.

You wanna frequently exercise each body part for about 1 to 2 times per week and you want to choose the way that can be performed for 10 to 15 times. you also want to have exercise sessions that last between 30 to 45 minutes and you want to do that exercise for that amount of time. For a sport you specifically want to do an upper or lower body workout or a body workout you also want to do workouts longer or do more in a less time you also want to push yourself and increase the intensity and the type in the time of work then you also want to use different workouts to not be stressed out.

Answer: Cooling down keeps your heart rate and blood pressure from dropping rapidly. Hey guys! This may be personal but have you ever felt like you were not being heard? what does it feel like if it seems like someone is not listening to you in conversation? i just wanna know cause it happened to me earlier.

Answers

Answer:

yes this happens to me all of the time i bet that everyone has experienced this before, I feels like they don't really care, or they may just have something on their mined, u could try talking to them about what they are going thru.

Explanation:

hope this helps :)

Explanation:

Yes, I have felt like I was not being heard. I was talking with someone who was and still should be there for me when I need them, but when I told them how I felt and that I was feeling a bit depressed, all they could do was tell me how I'm wrong for feeling that way because everything that caused me to feel that way was "all my fault"... When someone isn't listening to you when you're having a conversation, it feels kind of like your self-worth is going down. Your self-confidence. You start to feel like you mean nothing to that person and depending on how much you started to trust them and how close you were, or were supposed to be if it's family, the more heartbroken about it you will feel. I'm very sorry this happened to you, but I was told this by someone else, and it really helped my mental state... Remember, whenever you think you are being rejected, it's just god's way of saying that you are too good for that person. It's god telling you that you have bigger things planned for you than this person who really isn't worth a penny. It's god's way of reminding you that, yes, life might be hard, but you are destined for bigger and better things. I  don't know you, but you seem like a genuinely kind person already. I hope you grow up to be a powerful boss one day. I hope you will eventually stand taller than all of these people that hurt you now. :)

Scenario:

“Everybody’s getting on my case! I asked my best friend if I could borrow some money to get some chewing tobacco and he told me he’s not going to hang out with me if I keep using chew. Who cares? I don’t need him as a friend! And my mom grounded me because she found a tin in the back pocket of the jeans I threw in the wash. What’s her problem? Then this morning I saw a weird white spot in my mouth. But if I tell anyone, they’re just going to hassle me about using tobacco. I’ll wait and see if it gets better. It’s probably nothing to worry about...”

B) The author provides glimpses into how Charles lives now. C)The author includes a few of Jen's thoughts about Charles. D)The author details Charles's thought processes. He pulled the string on the hanging light in the attic. The boxes didn't look familiar. But on one he recognized his mother's handwriting neat, practically systematic, even without guiding lines. CHARLES' LETTERS. He lifted the lid. The papers weren't dirty the box had kept out the dust but they gave off a curious smell. Mold? he wondered. Like the old bookstores back at college. Maybe it wasn't mold, but age like the difference in men past the midpoint of life, as his wife liked to say and he hated to hear. The letters he pulled out were laid flat, with the original folds reversed and then smoothed out; some had the envelope paper-clipped on. The topmost was from Jen Crone, writing from her post-graduation trip to Spain; his mother's house was the only address she had for him. Her letter was a dull litany of Points of Interest, amateur travel writing, stale jokes: everything was "majestic," or "awesome." Or just "okay." Even her loopy script on the page offended him. She didn't even ask how he was. He hadn't seen this letter till months after its arrival, when he visited from San Francisco; his mother had handed it to him as another obligation he'd neglected, then gone to cook him dinner. He'd dropped it on a side table where he hoped she wouldn't notice. Later his mother left him messages about it; she said, when she finally reached him, that he owed that girl a reply. Throw it away, he'd said, I don't want to see it, I don't want to talk about it. Instead she saved it, along with other letters he'd only heard about from her and told her he didn't want, letters from relatives chronicling tedious seasons and inviting him to visit, and from old friends doing the same; ridiculous letters from people hed known in some way but who didn't seem, from what they wrote, to know anything about him. No, he'd say, throw them away. But she saved them. He sat cross-legged with letters piled next to him. Through the small slatted window he saw night had come. The house was very quiet now; nothing outside but the occasional soft rush of cars, distant dogs barking, a voice calling; nothing inside but the hum of the electricity to the light, as it had been when he was a boy, bursting to escape to where there was some noise and life. And suddenly he was impatient and fidgety. Why was he even looking at these? He didn't want the furniture, he didn't want the appliances, he didn't want the house. What would he do with any of this? And he certainly didn't want these. Why did it matter to him that she had kept these things of his? He would go through them all and when he was done, he would take them outside and throw them out. The next letter he didn't recognize. But he recognized the first line in his mother's systematic hand. "Dear Charles." There was no date, no envelope. The rest ran without breaks over several sheets of her best linen paper in the same steady, implacable stream. Bent over the pages in the bare light he read: I see you so seldom that now I dream about you visiting I hear from you so seldom that now I speak to you when I am alone. I have written you many letters that you haven't answered. From how you talk when I do get hold of you, I don't know if you read them. I have written this letter but I am not going to send it. I am going to leave it here for you to find when I am gone. And then, if you want, you can read it, and if you read it you will know why I saved all these letters. In a very large house on a green hillside in suburban Georgia, while her husband rode a lawn mower outside, Jen Crone glided barefoot across the living room, dropped into a gigantic and cushioned leather chair, tucked her feet under her and returned to her romance novel and the charms of the male love interest, a carnival roustabout named Boldo. There was something in his silence, in his perpetually dissatisfied nature that reminded her of a boy she'd dated in college. She wondered how the boys life had turned out. Was he happy, she wondered, idly as she might wonder about the weather on the other side of the world. Was he happy in his job? Was he happy in life? Was he happy at that very moment? All across that green countryside in Georgia, and across the state, and across the country and the world, there were women wondering this about men they'd known, and men wondering this about women, and men of men and women of women, in a particular way, familiar to anyone who has loved, that never leads the person whos wondering to actually stop what they're doing and find the answer.
