Imagine a world, hundred years into the future where people can travel and live on other planets such as Mars, Jupiter, or Neptune, etc. Currently, the only known Living organisms live on earth, and only a few people can actually travel through space but, owning land on other planets can be a good thing. It is a good idea to be selling and buying land on other planets, because of the valuable resources, Expanding beyond earth and transportation. To start off with, Valuable Resources. As stated by source 4 "Can you own Land in Outer Space?" "Why to go to the trouble of claiming the moon Mars, for one thing, there are valuable resources". Based on the information if you own land you can mine and get valuable resources that can be used to build buildings or sell them. Moving on to expanding beyond earth. According to the text Source 4 "Can you own Land in Outer Space?" "Many people believe that giving people the ability to purchase and sell the property. Would allow for the development of the last fortiner - Space. In other words, people think that if they can expand to space then humans would have expanded to all places possible. Finally, at last Transportation. The text in source 2 "Elon Musk Private Space Flight Pioneer" says "Space X first of 12 resupply mission of the ISS using Space X dragon capsule took place on October 12. The cargo mission was deemed a huge success." This means that since the mission was deemed a success it means it can also transport people and food and other necessities needed to survive on another planet. According to the same Source, Source 2 "Elon Musk Private Space Flight Pioneer", "Since the retirement of the Space shuttle fleet in 2011, NASA has relied on other countries to transport people and back." Based on the information other countries are helping out NASA to transport astronauts and back so other countries can also send people from that country. To sum up the essay, it is a good idea for people to be buying and selling land on other planets. Buying and Selling land on other planets is a good idea because there are valuable resources, expanding beyond earth and transportation.

As the students discuss the purpose of the Declaration of Independence, they bring up historical background information. What is it, and how does it change the course of the conversation.

Answers

Answer and Explanation:

Students can use the objectives of European imperialism as a historical context and how it impacted the relationship between America and England. They can also show that because of these objectives, England had an intention to leave colonies always dominated and with little voice and therefore did not allow participation in parliament. Finally, they can use the historical context of the fact that England needed the work of the colonies to pay for the costs of war.

All of these elements change the course of the conversation because they can create different arguments about colonialism, each student can present a context that he believes has caused the American colonists to become more angry with England.

write a letter to editor of Hindustan times to expressing concern over the unauthorised occupation of the park

Answers

Dear Editor.

I am writing this letter to express my concerns about the unauthorized occupation of the park, which we have followed since the beginning of the week. I am afraid that this will promote cases of civil disobedience that disorganize our city and promote harm that is difficult to control.

I believe that the people who are occupying the park should be removed, without violence or chaos, but for their own sake, since they are completely homeless and vulnerable.

In other words, I believe that the unauthorized occupation of the park does not promote benefits to anyone, but it does have one, possibly, a factor that produces harm and therefore must be finalized.

Sincerely,

Marv Dee.

Read this passage from your science course. (The passage is from the lesson on speed.)

Speed—also called average speed—is an idea you live with every day. Sometimes you want to know how fast something is moving or can move. You may be interested in auto racing and want to know how fast one of the cars can go. You may be a goalie on your soccer team—and you want to know how fast the ball can be coming at you. To calculate speed, you can use a simple scientific formula r = d/t.The r stands for rate of motion (speed), the d stands for distance, and the t stands for time. So speed is equal to distance divided by time.

Which answer best describes the structure of this passage?

A. a definition of speed, followed by several examples of speed in action

B. description of event related to speed, followed by a definition of average speed

Why doesn't Hades tell the other gods about the missing helm of darkness? What does this tell you about Hades' status among the other Olympic gods?

Answers

Answer:

Hades did not tell the other gods about his missing helm of darkness because he knew no god will offer help to retrieve or find it. Moreover, he did not want to appear weak by revealing his most powerful weapon is missing.

His statement seems to suggest that he is treated inferior or even taken to be lesser than his other god siblings. They may be all gods and equals, but his words suggest that his power and authority is taken to be lesser than the other gods.

Explanation:

Rick Riordan's "The Lightning Thief" is part of the Percy Jackson series, a mythical tale of the gods and their adventures. This book is the first part of the series where Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon, had to retrieve a stolen thunderbolt and prevent an all out war between the gods.

Hades revealed that while Poseidon's bolt was stolen, his "helm of darkness" was also missing. He revealed that he did not tell any of the gods about the missing power because, according to him "I had no illusions that anyone on Olympus would offer me the slightest justice, the slightest help. I can ill afford for word to get out that my  most powerful weapon of fear is missing."

This shows how 'inferior' among the gods he is or how the other gods think little of him. He seems to be the least favorite among his siblings, even though they are all gods in the same way, just in different realms.

Every person has someone who looks up to him or her. Think carefully about this statement. Write an essay explaining the importance of being a good role model for others. Analyze the prompt by identifying the purpose, topic, audience, and format. Purpose: Why are you writing? Topic: What will you write about? Audience: Who will read your writing? Format: What product will you write?

Answers

Being a good model is something invigorating, which stimulates self-esteem and promotes a more just society. However, being considered a good model is also a great responsibility and requires great care and competence.

When you are a good role model, it means that you are someone admirable and whose words must be followed by those who admire you. In this case, a good model is a person who promotes justice, progress and other good, positive things that promote good to society and therefore influences several people to do the same. This is good for not only the followers, but also the person who is considered the model, as it raises self-esteem and the willingness to do good.

However, being a model is a great responsibility, especially when you are a model for many people. This is because, we often have difficulty in distinguishing what is really good and really bad in society and we can, in an attempt to do good, stimulate evil, through controversial and incorrect actions.

In this case, we must consider that being a model has its advantages and disadvantages and we must always be attentive to stimulate the advantages and prevent the disadvantages from growing.

Answer:

setting?
Romeo and Juliet

Answers

From the description of how Sampson and Gregory enter, the reader learns that the characters are often prepared to fight as they carry swords and shields.

Who are Sampson and Gregory?

Sampson and Gregory are minor characters in the play "Romeo and Juliet," by Shakespeare. They are the very first characters to appear and, before they start talking, Shakespeare uses stage directions to mention that they are carrying shields and swords.

That is an important detail. Both men are from the house of Capulet, and they both hate the Montagues. The fact that they carry swords with them means they are always ready to fight. The same goes for other characters, such as Paris or Romeo himself.
