Answer:
These muscles push materials like food or blood through organs. Unlike skeletal muscle, smooth muscle can never be under your control.
Explanation:
Cardiac muscle is also an involuntary muscle, found only in the heart. Cardiac muscle differs from skeletal muscle in that it exhibits rhythmic contractions and is not under voluntary control. The rhythmic contraction of cardiac muscle is regulated by the sinoatrial node of the heart, which serves as the heart's pacemaker.
Answer:
It would be REALLY hard to live
Explanation: If cardiac muscles turned from involuntary to voluntary, you would have to constantly think and control your heart's beating and other veins/arteries' functions. Sure, you could grow to instinctively beat your heart like breathing, but overall it wouldn't be the best since the brain is more occupied. On the plus side, you could rid yourself of heart problems (Not including infections or defects) with the right skill if you are considering that the cardiac muscles contract or relax. Soft muscles, like the ones making up most of our organs, are mostly are involuntary, so that would mean that almost everything would be voluntary. From stomach contractions to urination, soft muscles control all. If soft muscles were voluntary, in short, the brain would be overloaded with tasks and would probably be exposed to an unhealthy amount of 'stress' which could make the brain fail, just like dying from overwork.

What is a safe way to bind without a binder?
I have massive dysphoria
(no they are not small)
Please be serious about your answers and if you don't actually know please don't answer
My best bet would be a sports bra! I would use one used in women's sports thats supposed to hold back bigger ch3sts, which is a high support one. But, PLEASE treat it like a normal binder. Don't use it for too long, and even though it's used in sports, try not to do too many straining things in it. I used one (which give or take was too small for me, which was intended) and it messed me up for a while where my ribs constantly hurt and breathing was awful for a bit. Just be careful, and use the bra + hoodies or something like tcking your shirt in and having it billow over edge! It leaves more room for the front and flattens everythin out. (I dunno what your ID entirely is but I'm enby and can wear about anything, and if thats the same for you there's a lot of ways to manipulate clothing to make it flatten you out more!) Best of luck, stay safe!
