The MAP3 program stands for Metropolitan Area Project. It is a a capital improvement program that was initiated by the Mayor of Oklahoma City, Mick Cornett. This program is a uses 1 cent, limited term sales tax to service debt free projects which are intended to improve the quality of life within the city of Oklahoma.
