I have a question for any guitarists...
When I watch live performances of some of my favorite bands (Take TOOL for example), I see their guitarist (Adam Jones) switch between a clean tone and his heavy tone. But he does this using his tone switch at the bottom of his guitar. I've always wondered, why does mine not do that?

Answers

Answer: There is a certain way he sets up his lead guitar and rhythm guitar tone on the tone switch.

Explanation: You can mess with the tone switches/volume of one of the options (it varies from model to model, I forget for the les paul), of either lead or rhythm, and switch between them for two different sounds. Try messing around with the tone switches and knobs in each setting and see if you can get a similar sound. Sorry if this answer isn't what you were looking for.

Explanation: I took the same quiz and got 100%, hope it helps!

After analyzing the scenario, balance as a design principle is Alexander's teacher commenting on. Thus, option B is the correct option.

Why is balance important in design?

Design balance refers to how components are balanced against one another on various aspects of a design to provide coherence, completeness, and satisfaction. Your composition should be harmonious from top to bottom, across the diagonal, and from background to foreground. A key design principle is balance. The viewer's eye won't know where to go if your designs lack a feeling of balance, and the message you're attempting to convey may not be understood since parts of lower interest can easily go ignored.

The arrangement of the aforementioned components, each of which has a visual weight, creates balance in graphic design. Imagine viewing a skyscraper tilting to one side to better understand what is meant by "visual weight." You'd probably feel a bit worried, and probably wouldn’t go in it.
