what are the key sentences for the introduction of Alexander 11 of russia

Answer:

It can be said that he was a great historical figure without being a great man, that what he did was more important than what he was. His Great Reforms indeed rank in importance with those of Peter the Great and Vladimir Lenin, yet the impact of his personality was much inferior to theirs. The tsar’s place in history—a substantial one—is due almost entirely to his position as the absolute ruler of a vast empire at a critical stage in its development.

Alexander II, Russian in full Aleksandr Nikolayevich, (born April 29 [April 17, Old Style], 1818, Moscow, Russia—died March 13 [March 1], 1881, St. Petersburg), emperor of Russia (1855–81). His liberal education and distress at the outcome of the Crimean War, which had demonstrated Russia’s backwardness, inspired him toward a great program of domestic reforms, the most important being the emancipation (1861) of the serfs. KARMA
Karma (car-ma) is a word meaning the result of a person's actions as well as the actions themselves. It is a term about the cycle of cause and effect. According to the theory of Karma, what happens to a person, happens because they caused it with their actions.

Karma is everywhere, it's like a wheel which goes up and down ... I mean if you think something is going wrong with you don't think it will be forever but " give time some time " for the change... and be positive Karma is there ... you only need patience for results ... everything will come back to you...

Answers

Answer:

lending money to existing and new businesses

Explanation:

Aside from helping individuals manage their money, the most significant contribution banks make to the U.S. economy is "lending money to existing and new businesses."

By lending money to existing and new businesses, the bank contributes to the United States economy, as they serve as a source of getting capital to finance or run businesses. Such actions help the companies to gather other forms of production factors such as materials and labor. With the access to money from the banks, both new and existing businesses can grow and expand, thereby reducing unemployment, increasing the standard of living, increasing the country's GDP, etc.

Answers

Obviously from a historical standpoint, the United States of America had the most advantage, as having more advantages typically mean that that group will win. The United States simply had much more advantages then the CSA:

1) The United States had a much larger population in which they can draft soldiers. The CSA has over 10 million less people, and many of the population counted are slaves (see the 3/5th compromise, which states that out of every slave counts as 3/5th of a legal person, which gives more overall population, and therefore, more seats to southern states).

2) The North had already been industrializing (due to the harsher climates in the North which created an environment that was not profitable to grow crops). The South, on the other hand, had little factories, and relied heavily on trade to procure resources, as many used the advantages of better farming environments to grow cash crops.

3) While the CSA had many experienced officers (who typically left to defend their homes from the US army), the US army was much more bigger, and this factor alone allowed the US to be able to take more casualties and sustain the army strength, while casualties towards the CSA would be more hard hitting.

4) The US is already acknowledged as a nation, while the CSA was on. Because of this the US had much more weight in foreign affairs, and was mostly able to keep foreign interests from helping the CSA. On the other hand, the CSA desperately sought for foreign recognition in hopes to gain foreign support through either loans, mercenaries, or other support.

5) Most of the fighting occurred in the South (except for the battle of Antietam, as well as the battle of Gettysburg). The battle of Bull Run occurred near the US capitol, however, it was still located in Virginia, a Confederate state. This allowed for most of the US infrastructures to be untouched, and production stayed fairly stable, while the CSA suffered large amounts of damage to their populated cities, crops in the field, which led to less war material for the army, as well as food in general.

There are many more advantages that the US had over the Confederates.

The only counterarguments that the CSA had over the US was simply two valid points:

1) Many of the southern experienced officers left the US army to join the CSA, and with that, brought many of their experiences, which led to their early success.

2) Most of the fighting occurred in the South, in which the South knew the terrain much more better, and was generally able to choose more favorable positions for the fight. However, this proved to be a double edged sword.

What was the cause of the Summer of Violence in the 1960s?

Nothing plagarised
And if possible a few sentences <3

Answers

Answer:

what became known as the “long, hot summer” of 1967, injustice stemming from the frustrations of poverty and unemployment, the systematic denial of employment opportunities by white-owned businesses and city services by white-led municipal governments, and mistreatment by white or mostly white police forces led to explosive confrontations between black residents and the forces that oppressed them. The deadliest and most destructive riots took place in Newark, New Jersey, and Detroit, Michigan. However, even smaller cities, such as Cambridge, Maryland, experienced unrest. What follows are brief sketches of the violent episodes that gripped each of these cities during the summer of 1967.

How did the Japanese occupation of Vietnam complicate Vietnamese attitudes toward the French?

Answers

Answer:

The Vietnamese felt like the French just gave them over without a battle. Vietnam was a French province  until “the French imperialists went down on their bended knees and handed over our country to them,”  them meaning the Japanese.  Even after the Vietminh League encouraged the French to get arms together  with them to fend off the Japanese.  The Vietminh League even encouraged a portion of the Frenchmen by  saving them from Japanese prisons and ensured them and their property. Even after this, the Vietnamese  felt double-crossed by the manner in which they just gave the nation over.
