Daily life of a personal support worker: I wake up and go to work. A lot of the elders at the residence I work at look forward to seeing me. I greet them and help them with anything they need help with. That could be getting food. Getting dressed. Bathing. Walking. Reading. Or anything else that may be hard for them to do. I help them exercise and even eat if they need. Everyone there had different needs and different ways they need support.
