It is a great activity where you improve your strength, flexibility, and valance mostly, but also you have to concentrate on your breathing and what is going inside your head. It is a very challenging activity! I started practicing it because I was very stressed with work, and I was not doing any physical activity, which is not good for my health.

Since I started yoga, my mental health has improved a lot. I feel happier, and I am more relaxed. Also, I do not get tired easily as I used to in the past, and what is more, I can move and do poses that I thought that I would never do. I have been taking classes at a yoga studio near my house, and last weekend I went to a yoga festival. It was a great experience. I met a lot of fascinating and inspiring people.
