Inaugural Address
by Nelson Mandela (excerpt)
Your Majestles, Your Royal Highnesses, Distinguished Guests, Comrades and Friends.
Today, all of us do, by our presence here, and by our celebrations in other parts of our country and the world, confer glory and hope to newborn
liberty
Out of the experience of an extraordinary human disaster that lasted too long, must be born a society of which all humanity will be proud.
Our daily deeds as ordinary South Africans must produce an actual South African reality that will reinforce humanity's belief in justice,
strengthen its confidence in the nobility of the human soul and sustain all our hopes for a glorious life for all.
All this we owe both to ourselves and to the peoples of the world who are so well represented here today.

Thank you very much

Answers

Answer:

We were taken into the train that was going to take us into the concentration camp. We were pushed into a train that was crowed with people from all ages. Some got hit in the face and were treated badly. They were 4 guards on each corner of the train they were not much seats so some of us had to sit in the floor. The smell was unpleasant, it smell like sweat and it was really hot. Some of the people of the train were scared, the some would would faint away because of the heat. Many other die, so the guards would just take them into the back of the train and place them in plastic bags.

They would make us line up and pair us up. The younger and strong would go out to do one job, and the least strong and active would take care of the other group of jobs. Who ever work the hardest would get the showers, and the least who work would have to stay in the bunk house.

Those who where taken to the "showers" it was a small room with a lot of sleeping bag like. There was no fans, so we had to sleep on the hot temperatures of the night. Many of us could not sleep, and by the time we felled asleep, the guards woke us up to get ready to work. Many did not last long they would faint away by the heat and tiredness.

The uniforms of the barracks were dark colored blue with a  tattooed on the underside outside my forearm the official logo of the army and code number we had to use in replacement to our names. The bunks were old and small, some were a bit more bigger than others. In the small bunks some of us had to curl up so we fit. Some were sick by the poor conditions the bunkhouse were.

Write a short paragraph of no more than ten lines on the "Advantages of Having Green Hair." Remember to pack in as much information as you can in the fewest, most interesting, number of words.

Answers

Having green hair has several advantages. For one, it looks lovely. Green hair brings to mind emeralds shining in the sunlight. It is juniper leaves swaying in a sweet summer breeze. The color green is not considered creative by many. I don’t believe it. Green is nature’s favorite color. Whilst painting plants, lizards, snakes, and even birds, nature reaches for green first. Therefore, having green hair puts you more in touch with Mother Nature. Green hair may repel certain people from you. This is actually a benefit as those are the people who are prejudice and not worth your time. Instead, people who are intrigued by green hair will come up to you and want to talk to you. Green hair will help you find real friends that have a higher chance of lasting a lifetime.

Which detail best develops the idea that European Immigrants settling in America was like a melting pot?
excerpt adapted from Telling All Americans' storles: Introduction to European Heritage
by National Park Service
Upon crossing America's shores, European Immigrants spread across the North American continent, altering its physical and cultural landscape
along the way. These experiences are often told through the treasured European American narrative of the "melting pot"--where diverse
groups traveled to a "New World," where they peopled a nation and forged a uniquely American Identity. However, these Immigrants arrived on
a continent already populated by Indigenous nations who possessed their own complex political, economic, and cultural systems. The ensuing
encounters between these diverse groups serve as some of the foundational moments in American history. The 1604-1607 maps and
documents by Samuel de Champlain are testimony to the interactions between French explorers and the Native people living along the coast.
