What do I do if I'm spiraling into self hate and not taking care of myself as often? (Ex: Eating, Drinking, ect)

Hello, if you are feeling this way talk to someone about it. Keeping something botteled up inside can make everything worse. Talk to anyone you feel comfortable with it doesn't have to be a parent or counsler it can be an aunt or a friend. Just make sure you talk to someone. Some other things you can do are think of all the good things you like about yourself and write them down you will realize how much more you care about yourself. Take a deep breath because no one is perfect wheather they look like it or not. Cut yourself some slack, because during these crazy times we need to be at our best mentally and physically.
