I kept thinking about what I would do with the nut when I got home, I had no idea what could be done with it, but I took it out of my pocket and watched it carefully, looking at every detail it taught.

The nut was hard and resistant, it had the appearance of wood and a smell that I couldn't identify. My father, looking at me, was surprised by the nut in my hands. "My goodness, a nut! It is incredible that you have the opportunity to see it for real. This is a real treat, you must take good care of it." He said.

"What am I supposed to do with her?" I asked. "We can open it up so you can taste it. I loved eating nuts when I was a kid. I bet you will, too." My hand spoke, but it didn't seem like a good idea.

"We could add some sugar, or honey, or make bread." My dad said, looking at my mom. "You can't make bread with a single nut, we wouldn't taste it." Mom answered.

"I would like to keep it closed." I said, surprising everyone and making them look at me at the same time. "Aren't you curious to try it?" My mother said. "I have, but it is something so rare and unique, I would not like to destroy it as it happened with all trees. I would like to keep it, if you don't mind."

My parents looked at each other and my father sighed and said "I can build a platform for you to store it and display it however you want." I smiled and said it would be great and so we started to think where we would put it.
