Saving Water is a Cinch!

Water is the single most important natural resource on Earth. And though 72% of our planet is covered in water, we cannot take it for granted. Instead, we must be careful to use water only when necessary. The less water that we waste, the more clean water we will have in the future.
There are a number of ways to save water. The best place to start is in the bathroom. Why? Because studies show that three-fourths of the water we use indoors is used in the bathroom. Therefore, it is in the bathroom where we should pay close attention to our habits.
For example, what do you do when washing your hands? Many people turn the water on and then lather up with soap while the faucet is running. No big deal, right? After all, washing your hands takes only ten seconds or so.
But then, imagine how many times in your life you will wash your hands. Now imagine how much water you will save by turning off the faucet while you lather up with soap. Talk about an easy way to save a huge quantity of water!
In general, saving water involves changing only a few wasteful habits. Most people find that these habits are actually pretty easy to change. Give it a try yourself and you’ll agree: saving our most important natural resource is easy!

Congress is composed of two groups of politicians: the Senate and the House of Representatives. This is known as a  bicameral legislature. Thus option (C) is correct.

What is  Bicameral Legislature?

A bicameral legislature is a government style with two separate divisions within the legislative branch of government. The U.S. bicameral system is divided into the House of Representatives and the Senate.

The majority of international governments use the unicameral system—with a roughly 60/40 split between unicameral and bicameral. Each house of the legislative branch has differing powers to ensure there are checks and balances within the system.

The more populous House of Representatives branch has less stringent requirements for members when it comes to age and citizenship length compared to the Senate.

What happened to the Native Americans once fighting came to an end?

Answers

Answer:

On March 22, 1622, Powhatan Indians attacked and killed colonists in eastern Virginia. Known as the Jamestown Massacre, the bloodbath gave the English government an excuse to justify their efforts to attack Indians and confiscate their land.

In 1636, the Pequot War over trade expansion broke out between Pequot Indians and English settlers of Massachusetts Bay and Connecticut. The colonists’ Indian allies joined them in battle and helped defeat the Pequot.

A series of battles took place from 1636 to 1659 between New Netherlands settlers in New York and several Indian tribes (Lenape, Susquehannocks, Algonquians, Esopus). Some battles were especially violent and gruesome, sending many settlers fleeing back to the Netherlands.

The Beaver Wars (1640-1701) happened between the French and their Indian allies (Algonquian, Huron) and the powerful Iroquois Confederacy. The fierce fighting started over territory and fur trade dominance around the Great Lakes and ended with the signing of the Great Peace Treaty.

Explanation:

Answer:

Pushed onto reservations

Explanation:

The Native Americans were pushed onto reservations once the Civil War was over. With the Homestead Act, the Government gave citizens over 160 acres of free land out West and they had to stay there for 5 years and cultivate the land. So, the Native Americans were forced onto poor, unmaintained reservations.

What contributed the MOST to Germany's decision to resume unrestricted submarine warfare against

Answers

Answer:

Brainiest

Explanation:

Unrestricted submarine warfare was first introduced in World War I in early 1915 when Germany declared the area around the British Isles a war zone, in which all merchant ships, including those from neutral countries, would be attacked by the German navy. A string of attacks on merchant ships followed, culminating in the sinking of the British ship Lusitania by a German U-boat on May 7, 1915. Although the Lusitania was a British ship and it was carrying a supply of munitions—Germany used these two facts to justify the attack—it was principally a passenger ship, and the 1,201 people who drowned in its sinking included 128 Americans. The incident prompted U.S. President Woodrow Wilson to send a strongly worded note to the German government demanding an end to German attacks against unarmed merchant ships. By September 1915, the German government had imposed such strict constraints on the operation of the nation’s submarines that the German navy was persuaded to suspend U-boat warfare altogether.
