Also my mom said "If you hear her cries near it means she's far, but if you hear them from a distance it means she near" either way i'll run.
Also i've been told if you hear chains it means the devil is near but i dont know. Oh and if it sounds like the horses outside with like a carriage it is like a ghost and to not go outside and stuff like that.
