how would you go about taking over the world?

Answers

Answer 1

Answer: Easy (i forgot to do Greenland but its an easy fix...)

Explanation: Since I live in the US I would first start taking over Canada during the spring, of course Canada's allies would help them but they wouldn't be able to deliver anything, because of United States Navy. It will probably be a few months before Canada would fully surrender from lack of food, and ammo. I would have the army keep control of Canada while the Military heading to Mexico in the end of fall. Mexico would be more difficult however their lack of supplies would be there demise as well, because the Navy and military would have surrounded them. I would go with the same strategy in South America, and ounce they were taken over id have the Military keep them under control. It be about a decade before I continued to Asia, to regain many more soldiers, now taking over China would be difficult indeed but since id still be allied with Japan for a deal of them keeping China's land, for they would have to agree the US was 10 times there size. After years wed finally take over Asa, ounce again id wait about a decade before I advanced while fending off Europe, because they understand that there next. Finally id surround Europe with the Navy and Military, and after taking down the last of there army id make Japan go under my rule.

What kinds of problems did Jews face after the conclusion of World War 2?

Answers

I found this online, you can pick pieces of it out if you would like. I hope this helps!

In the immediate aftermath of the war in Eastern Europe, the Soviets continued to downplay the role of race, as they had during the Holocaust, but while many Jews were devoted Communists, they were once again targeted as a suspicious people who could never truly be trusted comrades. Especially during the Soviet show trials in the 1950s and 1960s, Jews were purged from government ranks and executed in public spaces. Although Stalin voted for the creation of Israel in 1948, these public show trials served as “a form of public-pedagogy-by-example;” the goal was to exemplify the fact that ethnic Jews did not belong among the Communist ranks, that they were not equal with others. Even in the secular Soviet Union, overt antisemitism persisted during the Cold War decades. Many Jews made their way out from behind the iron curtain toward Western Europe, Israel, or the United States.

B.Evaluate the extent to which the federal government’s responses to World War I was similar to the federal government’s response to World War II on the home front..

Answers

Answer: The movement for women's rights is ever changing. The most influential group was the women during the 1840s to the 1860s and 1960s to 1980s. In the 1950s increasing numbers of women went to college and worked outside home but were not expected to pursue long-term careers. Instead they were expected to devote themselves to family and home. A double standard of sexual behavior prevailed. In her book The Feminine Mystique, Betty Friedan called the American home “a comfortable concentration camp.” Middle-class women in particular, influenced by the civil rights movement, begin to question their own second-class status. They initially did not challenge male sexism or careerism but wanted opportunities for women too. White, middle-class women in the political mainstream provided most of the national leadership and much of the constituency for the new feminism. Betty Friedan’s 1963 book The Feminine Mystique identified “the problem that has no name” as the frustration of educated middle-class wives and mothers who had subordinated their own aspirations to the needs of men. Three issues initially predominated: equal treatment at school and work, an equal rights amendment, and abortion rights. By the 1990s women held more than 10 percent of the seats in Congress and more than 20 percent of all state executive offices and state legislative seats. After 1992 there were a record 53 women in Congress. In 1981 President Reagan appointed Jeane Kirkpatrick as U.S. Representative to the United Nations and named Sandra Day O’Connor to the U.S. Supreme Court. In 1993 President Clinton appointed Janet Reno to be attorney general, and in 1997 Clinton named Madeleine Albright as secretary of state.

Both of these movements fought for equality, while one focused on gender-based equality, the other focused on race-based equality. Both movements fought against the existing social norm of their time. Each of these movements used legal strategies to gain what they wanted. They also indulged in political activism to make their cases more strong. Each of these movements started its work from the very basic, that is, at the grassroots level.
