Answer:

hi! sorry to hear you don't feel well. Please note I am not qualified to give you a diagnosis or treatment. Yes, your eyes will go back to normal. To help your eyes go back to "normal" I suggest limiting screen time to 30 mins a day max. You are straining your eyes which without proper care can lead to serious consequences. If your visiob=n becomes so blurry you cannot walk properly please go to the emergency room as soon as possible. If you cannot see your doctor n person I do suggest calling a medical advice hotline or calling the doctor's office to get further details. Hope you feel better :)

Or maybe one thing you hate about yourself. I dont think I can just change the way you think about yourself or make you believe what Im about to say but I just want you to know that I think youre a beautiful, wonderful, amazing person. I know you wont believe me right now but I swear one day you will. Another thing I want you to know is that you shouldnt even think so much about how you look or how people see you, like yes its ok to wanna be healthy so you exercise, or wanna put makeup on just because you want to, but dont be thinking Im gonna exercise to look skinny as that one girl or Im gonna put makeup on because I look ugly or stuff like that because you dont want others to think bad about you. But its not good to think that way. It ruins your mentality and then that ends up ruining you emotionally. Maybe even physically. You have to know your value. And you value so much more than what you think. Another thing, you think that what you look like matters so much but it actually doesnt, its the personality that people want most of the time. And focusing so much on the exterior of yourself isnt gonna help. You should stop thinking the way youre thinking and start knowing your value, start getting to know yourself more deeply. One day I know you will see how much you are worth, your value. I know I aint helping soooo much but I hope I did bring some sense into you.
