Describe how urine is formed, beginning with the blood. (2 points)

(explain but easy because I don't need a whole paragraph

Answers

Answer 1
The kidney regulates/controls the water and salt content and removes urea . The filtered excess water, salts and urea form a liquid called urine . The urine is transported to the bladder along tubes called ureters . The bladder stores the urine until it is convenient to expel it from the body through the urethra.
yo welcome.
Answer 2

The urine is formed in the kidneys by filtering the wastes in the blood. The wastes are called urea.  The urine is then traveled from the kidney and enters the urethra and bladder.

How urine is formed?

The kidney, the bean-shaped excretory organ filters the waste product in blood and forms Urine. It comprises 95% of water and 5% of wastes such as sodium, potassium, and some nitrogenous wastes like ammonia and urea.

Urine formation involves three main steps. They are Glomerular filtration, Reabsorption, and Secretion. All these steps take place in Kidney, urine is formed and it leaves the kidney and enters the Urethra and Gall bladder.

Glomerular Filtration:

The blood gets filtered in the glomerulus is called Glomerular Filtration. This process takes place by crossing three layers. The layers are the Epithelium of Bowman's capsule, the Endothelium of glomerular blood vessels, and a membrane between these layers.

When blood enters the glomerulus, the blood gets filtered and absorbs all the constituents in blood, and enters into the Bowmann's capsule.

Reabsorption:

When the blood gets filtered into the Bowman's capsule, it reaches into the renal tubes. When the blood enters into the renal tubes the blood gets filtered up to 99%. This process is called reabsorption.

Secretion:

The final step in Urine formation is Tubular secretion. Tubular cells secrete Hydrogen ions and potassium ions. Through this process, the acid base and other body fluids are maintained constantly.  After the secretion of ions, the urine is formed with the filtration of ions.

After the completion of the processes, the urine is passed out of the nephron tube and enters the urethra.

How does the sun affect the water cycle?

The sun does not affect the water cycle.
Sunspots cause surface water to condense.
Cooling water vapor causes it to evaporate and form clouds.
Heating surface water causes it to evaporate and enter the air as a gas.

Answers

i think the answer is D.

heating surface water causes it to evaporate and enter the air as a gas.

The answer is B!

Reasoning:
- A is just wrong.
- B happens after the water has evaporated and cooled. The sun cannot cool water vapor. In fact, the sun can’t cool anything.
- C is also just plainly wrong because the sun cannot cool.
- Therefore, D is the answer.

The graph shows the constant speed of a train.
What is the speed of the train?
A. 1200 km/h
B. 300 km/h
C. 75 km/h
D. 4 km/h

Answers

Answer:

75 km/h

Explanation:

Speed = Distance divided by Time.

The train went a distance of 300 km in 4 hours. Therefore, the speed of the train is: 300 divided by 4 = 75 km/h

The speed of the train is equal to 75 km/h. Therefore, option (C) is correct.

What is speed?

The speed of a body can be defined as the distance traveled by an object in a particular time interval. The average speed can be defined as a scalar parameter as it exhibits only the magnitude but not the direction of motion.

The speed of an object can be calculated from the ratio of the distance of the object to the time required to cover that distance.

The equation for the calculation of the speed can be written as follows:

Speed =  distance /time taken

From the graph, at t = 2 h, the distance covered by train = 150 km

At time t = 4 h,  the distance covered by train = 300 km

[tex]\displaystyle Speed = \frac{300-150}{4-2}[/tex]

Speed = 150/2

Speed of the train = 75 Km/h

Therefore, the speed of the train is 75 km/h.

If Neptune’s mass were reduced, what could be done to maintain the same force of gravitational attraction between Neptune and the Sun?

Answers

Answer:

Neptune and the Sun would need to move farther apart.

Explanation:

The equation for gravitational force is F = Gm1m2/d2 where G is the gravitational constant, m1 and m2 are the masses of the bodies in question, and d is the distance between the two.

Since the masses are proportional to the distance, if the mass of one body is reduced, the distance between them must also be reduced in order to keep the same gravitational force between them.

If you apply 10 N of force to a 10-kg object, what will be the object’s acceleration?

Answers

Answer:

Explanation:

From the formula

Force=ma

acceleration=f/m

a=10/10

a=1m/s2

For 10 N of force and 10 Kg mass, the acceleration will be [tex]1 m/s^2[/tex].

What is acceleration?

Acceleration is the rate of change of the velocity of an object with respect to time. It is a vector quantity.

The equation for acceleration is

a = Δv / Δt

where a is acceleration,

Δv is the change in velocity,

Δt is the amount of time it took for that change to occur.

The unit is meter per second square.

There are two ways by which an object can accelerate. One is to change the speed and other one is to change the direction. Even you can change both at same time.

What is force?

Force is push or pull of an object, capable to change the state of motion or rest.

The direction towards which objects moves is the direction of force. Force is a vector quantity.

According to newton's second law

The acceleration of an object is dependent upon two variables - the net force acting upon the object and the mass of the object. In expression, it is

F = m * a

Where

F = force

m = mass of an object

a = acceleration

The unit of force is Newton.

Given:

F = force = 10N

m = mass = 10Kg

Acceleration become,

a = F/m

a = 10/10

a = [tex]1 m/s^2[/tex]
