A confusing concept that refers to a variety of methods of thinking in a variety of contexts is called structuralism. Social science is linked to the structuralism movement in the humanities and sociologies.

Non-Structuralism speaks to the relationship between workmanship and the individual sense of self of the craftsperson whereas Structuralism lacks it.
