But the pandemic is not as simple as it looks . Many doctors are dying and getting ventilators ( negative pressure and positive pressure ) is getting difficult day by day . Even if a person gets access to good artificial respiration ( ventilation ) there stands a problem of enduring the pain of the long moving process . In cases of corona virus patients , ventilation in the form of tracheostomy is used . Here they connect a long tube from the throat of a patient to their thoracic cavity where the trachea is present . This process is very painful and involves a lot of will power from the patient's side as well as the doctor's to keep the patient's breath under control . But many people , who aren't aware of the situation's seriousness go about here and there . What they dont realize is that they may come in contact with potential carriers of the virus . So , according to me the cases of virus affected patients are increasing instead of decreasing due to many people lacking the knowledge of how serious the situation is .

She fantasizes about all the days and years ahead and hopes that she lives a long life. Then she opens the door, and she and Josephine start walking down the stairs, where Richards is waiting.
The front door unexpectedly opens, and Brently comes in. He hadn’t been in the train accident or even aware that one had happened.
