Through Warm Springs, Roosevelt began to study the connections between Georgia's difficult agricultural conditions and its social and educational problems. Describe how social categories, roles, and practices have changed since 1900.
Social categories, roles, and practices have changed a lot since 1900, as since then, new countries have been created, new systems have been put in place, conflict has changed the way countries work, as well as many other factors. For example, in the 1900’s, women around the world started to advocate more for their rights to vote and have power. In 1979, the UN made gender equality a human right, thus giving women more of a role in society. As time progressed, their social roles and practices, typically as caretakers who don’t work or have a say in finance, diminished in importance. This was as a result of the Industrial Revolution increasing the demand for labor, and women being forced to work in factories to support their family. This is just one example of how social categories, roles, and practices have changed since 1900. Another change in social categories, roles, and practices were the surrendering of colonies by colonial powers. This changed the social structure of many countries, and created many new ones that changed social norms in that particular country. For example, in the mid 1900’s, African countries were rapidly gaining independence, and were creating new cultures and social structures as a result. The people native to these African countries were suddenly acquiring many more rights than they previously had, changing the social structure drastically. In short, as the times have changed and the economy and political world have called for more change in how things are run, social categories, roles, and practices were abandoned in favor of new methods.

Nice answer dude! Wish that was available when I did my assignment. If anyone wants it, my answer is below :)
The last 120+ years have been some of the most important decades for the history of humanity. Technology has rapidly evolved, wars have erupted, and social norms have transformed tremendously. A large majority of the globe has stamped out segregation of race and gender, and have become generally accepting of all ideals that had been seen as taboo many decades ago. One example of a social norm change is the fact that segregation is no longer practiced in most, if not all, countries across the globe. Through political campaigns, protests, and even riots, the social norms of the eighteenth century and nineteenth century changed from segregation to integration. Another example of how social norms have changed is the fact that women are no longer expected to serve as traditional housewives, and can now be independent without being outcast by society. Social norms are still changing even nowadays, allowing America to be even freer than it was during the 1900s.

A. School segregation was unconstitutional.
Explanation:
The Brown v. Board of Education case first started when an African American schoolgirl had to walk more than a mile to get to her segregated school when there was a white school only a few blocks away.
Black and white children were not permitted to go to the same schools together. Not only schools but things like restrooms and water fountains were segregated as well. Many of these things got justified by the "separate but equal" clause.
The Brown v. Board of Education case ended up going all of the way to the Supreme Court, where they ruled that segregated schools were in fact unconstitutional. Even if separate facilities were "equal" in nature, they were not equal in the long run. Schools started to become integrated and it became against the law to separate schools by race.
