1. The main reasons why young people can find challenging times between school and university is the lack of money to cover university costs and indecisiveness about which career to pursue. The university is a phase that starts very early in everyone's life, where people have few resources to make this moment easier.

2. The reasons for students to abandon university are, mainly, the difficulty in reconciling work, expenses and university and the disenchantment with academic life and all its challenges. Many people end up realizing that they do not want to go through academic life and others need to abandon the course due to economic difficulties.

3. Strategies that can help students not to leave college is to look for part-time jobs and scholarships that can reduce economic difficulties and seek psychological guidance that can help the student to overcome doubts and fears about the university and the future.
